Policies & Procedures

  • A deposit of €50 is required to be paid to keep your space for a new term.
  • All fees are required to be paid in full before start of each term. If you would like to pay by installment, please contact me to discuss further.
  • There will be no refund or rescheduling on cancellation of lessons. We will add students to a cancellation list and send a text message if there is availability.
  • Where several lessons in a row are missed due to serious medical conditions (cert provided) a credit toward lessons to be taken in the following term of lessons may be granted.
  • If the lesson is cancelled due to teacher absence the students will be notified by SMS, e-mail, or phone. In this case, a make-up lesson will be arranged. If you fail to attend any dates given for make-up lesson, you will lose out on this class.
  • Fees for exam entries are paid directly to the teacher. All students are notified at their lesson when they are due.
  • It is expected that parents/guardians will collect their children at the appointed time. There is no provision for supervision of students either before or after their lesson time.
  • Should you wish to discuss your child’s progress or indeed any other relevant issue with your child’s teacher, as a courtesy to the next student, this should be done at the commencement of your child’s lesson and not at the commencement of the next student’s lesson.
  • If a parent decides to remove their child from classes for personal reasons, we regret that fees cannot be refunded.
